The apartment is situated 15 minutes walking distance from old town ( with famous Diocletian palace and the popular Riva Promenade ). Everything is so close , beach Firule or Zenta port 5 min walk, tennis court or running track 3 min walk, lot of restaurants and bars 10-15 min walk.
This means that in one day you can see old town, enjoy the beatiful Adriatic sea and have a great night out, and all without taxi or buses or traffic jams.
Close to the apartment there are numerous supermarkets, farmacy , bakary and fast foods. . Free public parking on the street, secure parking ( 24/7 video secured ) in public Garage firule( 2 eur /1 hour, 16 eur / 1 day and 100 eur/ week- discount possible ).
The apartment „Welcome Home „ , sitauted in first floor an attractive building, is full equipped with everything you might need for a long stay in Split; dining area, kitchen ( oven, dishwasher, fridge, stove, kettle, toaster, utensils, dishwasher ) , living room ( sofa, LCD TV, air condition, free Wi-Fi internet, iron ), two bedrooms (bad linen,blankets.... one badroom with king size bad and one with two children bads ) and bathroom ( toilet, shower cabin, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer ..etc ).
All utilities are included in the price, the deposit must be paid with the rent– 300 eur, and we'll be returned at the end of rental period – if everything goes well.

Hospital – 500 m, public parking – 5 m , Central bus station/Train station and Ferry Port- 1,5 km, Split airport – 22 km. At your request we can arrange transport from or to the airport (40 euros one way)
