The studio apartment is not just a tipical hosting unit, it's rather a home since when there are no guests, it is being used by it's owner for his holiday house or for weekend stays. It is ideal for solo travelers, especially for digital nomads or other business travelers. There is a small desktop for work. High-speed Internet is very fast and reaches the speed up to 200 Mbits in download and 20 Mbits in upload. There is a separate Full HD 23" pivotable monitor if you want to connect it to your laptop for easier work. Your laptop should have one HDMI port since the connection of external monitor is done with HDMI cable (provided with monitor). There is also 40 inches smart Android TV. You can use internet apps over Android TV, for example NETFLIX, if you have your own Netflix account.

The apartment is available for longer stays between 1 January and 31 May and again after 1 October. All the expenses for bills are already included in the price. No additional fees. At arrival guest are welcomed by owner's assistant. It is one very hospitable woman willing to help with any information that you might need during your stay. If you need cleaning or ironing service during your stay, that can be arranged separately (these services are not included in the price and are to be covered separately). All guests are required to present ther ID card or passport at check in in order to be officially registered within Croatia's official registering system for guests (eVisitor).
