Newly renovated, two-bedroom apartment in a peaceful residential area very conveniently located close to Split city center (about 5 minutes walk) and Riva (the waterfront, about 10 minutes walk) short walk to Marjan park hill ...

The location of the apartment is just opposite the old archeological museum in Zrinsko Frankopanska street, which is great as it is close enough to the city center, has conveniently grocery shops, bakeries, coffee shops, pharmacy and even a farmers market nearby, but it is peaceful enough to do your work.

INTERNET CONNECTION: the apartment has a very reliable and super-fast FIBER fiber internet connection (internet speed screenshot available upon request)

The apartment has two double bedrooms both with double boxspring beds (180 x200 cm and 160 x 200 cm). Additionally, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a working desk and office chair.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, kitchen utensils, microwave oven, stove, toaster, kettle, has washing machine conveniently hidden behind kitchen elements).

The apartment has a bathroom with a comfortable overhead shower and underfloor heating system, has a heating towel rack and a hairdryer is provided.
There are two balconies, a smaller one (north-facing) connected to the kitchen/lounge area and equipped with a balcony table and chairs, and a large south-facing balcony equipped with balcony chairs.

There are three A/C units (in both bedrooms and in the kitchen/lounge area) that are used for both cooling in the summer and for heating during the cooler period of the year.

Iron and ironing board, as well as the clothes drying rack, are provided.

There is a utility closet in the hall area where cleaning utilities and vacuum cleaner are stored (the self use of the utility closet with cleaning utilities and vacuum cleaner can be arranged according to tenant needs).

The apartment is equipped with an anti-theft entrance door with two locks.

The apartment has its own private garage which is located in the same building, in case you need it.


PRICING:

The PRICE is for the long-term rent (minimum 28 days stay).
Extra expenses include water and electricity costs which are paid per consumption (the apartment has its own water meter located in the kitchen and electricity meter located in front of the entrance door so both readings can be taken when moving in and before departure).

All other utility costs (fiber internet fee, garbage disposal, communal utility costs, etc) are included in the rental price.

The DISCOUNT PRICE (-10%) is available during the low season periods for a minimum of 2 months or longer stay.

CONTRACT: If requested and upon agreement, the Contract (Apartment Lease Agreement) can be signed between the tenant and the owner of the apartment preferably for a longer lease period).

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of 300 € is to be paid on-site before moving in.

The security deposit is to be returned in full to the tenant on departure, upon inspection of the apartment, providing there is no major damage to the apartment, except for the usual tear and wear.
