The simply furnished apartment Rovis can accommodate up to 4 persons. It's located on the ground floor of the house and it consists of a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a stove/oven, a filter coffee machine, refrigerator/freezer, a microwave and kitchen utensils. One person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room where's also a dining table for 4 persons and a Sat-TV. The guests also have a terrace with a seating area overlooking the garden - an ideal spot for having breakfast. The apartment is air-conditioned. There's a private parking in front of the house and a BBQ grill in the yard which is on the guests' disposal. The first beach is located in a touristic resort Lanterna (free pass is guaranteed for the guests) that is 2,5 km far from the apartment. The town center is only 300 m away from the apartment offering to the guests a relaxing holiday in a quiet area but at the same time close to the beach and the town center. The location also offers you the possibility to make many trips to famous tourist destinations Rovinj, Porec, Umag or other popular locations in the central Istria.
