Nicely decorated two bedroom apartment Sandra I is located in a part of Porec called Mali Maj. It is situated on the ground floor of this house and it can accommodate up to five persons.
The apartment consists of a well equipped kitchen all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils and a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed for the fifth guest, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. From the apartment you have an access to a covered terrace with a garden furniture. The house is surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a BBQ which the guests can use during their stay. Private parking is in front of the house. The first beach is only a short walk away (300 m), the city center of Porec is only 5 km away from the apartment.

We would return
The place was clean and tidy. It is located very near to a nice beach. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall we were satisfied with the accommodation and we would return. Airbnb, August 2020 (Veronika)
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit minimalen Mängeln
Die Vermieterin Sandra ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, leider kann sie kein deutsch, wir haben uns auf englisch verständigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind wie abgebildet sehr geschmackvoll, leider etwas hellhörig (Trittschall von oben). Die Matratzen sind 1A,hab schon lang nicht mehr so gut geschlafen! Bad ist ebenfalls schön und groß, nur ein Mülleimer fehlt. Garten ist zwar auf Fotos abgebildet, gehört aber anscheinend nicht zur Ferienwohnung dazu. Wir haben aber die Terrasse ausgiebig genutzt und waren auch viel am Strand (ca. 5 min. Fußweg). Küche ist definitiv zu klein für fünf Personen, auch zu viert nicht optimal - wir haben aber bis auf einmal immer draußen gegessen und uns in der Küche nur zum Kochen aufgehalten.
