Apartment Emili A5 is located in a quiet neighbourhood just few minutes away from the center of Porec. It is situated on the top floor of this family house and it can accommodate five persons.
This simply furnished apartment consists of two bedrooms with a total of two double beds and one single bed, a renovated bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, cooking appliances and a dining area and on the other side you can find a living room with a TV and seating area. Main area is air-conditioned. From the apartment you have an access to your private balcony with an outdoor seating area. In the well maintained shared garden you can find a BBQ and outdoor dining area as well as loungers and a swing. Private parking is at your disposal. Towels and bed linen, usage of air-condition and WiFi are included in rental price.

Siamo stati in questa casa per circa 10 giorni, la casa è molto bea e curata ideale però per una famiglia numerosa,2+3 per esempio. 10 min a piedi dal centro così potete pure risparmiare i 10 kuna all'ora di parcheggio... I proprietari sono persone squisite gentilissime e sempre disponibili,ci hanno accolto con un caloroso benvenuto e con i loro prodotti locali, parlano molto bene l'italiano infatti non abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicazione. Non ho trovato nulla di negativo. Cucina attrezzata benissimo zona barbecue molto carina e giardino bellissimo. Vacanza molto bella rilassante perché zona tranquilla e residenziale e sopratutto mare stupendo. August 2020. (Miriam Chiara )
Everything was just perfect!
Big rooms, with everything we needed and even more, very nice and very clean, parking lot, close to supermarkets, not far from sea, the host very, very nice. We loved everything. We'll come back for sure!!! (Gina from Austria)
