Apartment Nevia is located on the ground floor of a family house where there is another apartment with which guests share a terrace and a garden. It consists of a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with bathtub. Guests have secure private parking in the yard, barbecue in the common garden and terrace with seating garniture. Bed linen, towels, parking place and Wi-fi are included in the price. Madonna del Monte is a part of the town of Porec, 600 away from the city center and the crowd. It is located east of the city center, and it's characterized by a number of private houses and pine trees, which in the summer months protects against extreme heat. A leisurely stroll will take you to the beaches in just 10-15 minutes. There are large supermarkets and restaurants. The area is suitable for families who want a peaceful holiday, away from the city crowd, but still close to the city center and the beaches. The area has a few small parks for children, a laundry service, car wash, a church, several bars and restaurants.

Alles sehr schön
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung standen Weintrauben (im Kühlschrank) und Gebäck bereit. Es ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Im Garten am Haus wachsen sehr viele Tomaten für die Gäste. Mir wurde immer wieder gesagt, ich soll mir Tomaten pflücken. Ich war schon vor einem Jahr dort und bin gern wieder hingefahren. Ich fühlte mich dort wie zu Hause. Sie sprechen gut deutsch, besonders der Mann. Der Fernseher hat deutsche Sender. Das war auch sehr angenehm. Zum Zentrum und zum Badestrand ganz in der Nähe vom Zentrum sind es nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß. September 2020 (Edith)
