Villa Coral with smaller pool is first villa on the right in an unique residential area Hvaretta Villas. Hvaretta Villas are located in an attractive natural location on the sunny island of Hvar, only 2,5 km from Stari Grad. Once you arrive to Hvaretta Villas, you fall in love with this place immediately.
Villa Coral offers complete privacy and peace for your relaxing holiday because it has a pool and both terraces (upstairs and near the pool) hidden from the street and rest of the villas. However, this villa does not have almost any sea view, except from the upstairs balcony in bedroom. Villa Coral doesn´t have a garage, just 2 parking places in front of the house.
Distance to the nearest wild beaches is 400 m. For easier transport to the nearest bays and coves, you can use Hvaretta electric golf cart, which is included in the rate.
Villa Coral has 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in total. In each bedroom there is one queen-size bed. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separate WC, spacious common space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, several coffee tables, smart TV, wi-fi router. At the kitchen you will find all you need including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven etc. From the common space you have direct access to the roofed terrace with a private pool, grill, garden furniture and sunbeds near the pool. The pool is slightly smaller then in other villas. On the first floor there is only one large bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a sunny terrace.
Each Hvaretta villa has central A/C with adjustable units in every room. There is also a private parking and a large garden next to the villa.
With renting the villa you also get one electric golf cart, which will be at your disposal during the stay, for easier transfers to the nearest beaches and the town centre (supermarket, restaurants, bars). A safety deposit is charged 300 EUR on site upon arrival and is returned to the guest on the departure date if no damage is found.
The rental price is inclusive of electricity and water consumption, bedclothes (changed once per week), bathroom towels (changed every 3rd day), pool towels (changed every 3rd day), dishwasher capsules (10), Nespresso coffee capsules (10), washing powder, housekeeping service once per week, pool maintenance on a daily basis, welcome drink, electric golf cart and chef service once per stay.
Hvaretta Bar and childrens playground is located opposite Villa Coral and is opened every day for our guests only. It offers drinks, coffee, small refreshments.
