Holiday house Kata San Lorenzo is a beautiful traditional stone with private pool, 5 bedrooms, ideal for 10 people. It is located in a secluded location in the village of Zgrablići, just a few minutes drive from the town of Sveti Lovreč. In Sveti Lovreč there is a grocery store, post office, restaurant and ATM, while the nearest restaurant is located near the house. The sea is 8 km away (Lim channel), attractive beaches, tourist resorts and resorts on the west coast of Istria are at a distance of 15 km. You can miss the nearest beach in the vicinity of the town of Vrsar.
On the ground floor there is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace and a living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower) and a balcony with a beautiful sea view. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and each has its own bathroom.
Villa Kata San Lorenzo exudes traditional style, comfort and luxury at the same time. The property is surrounded by a large courtyard with Mediterranean trees and a stone wall. Large pool of 72 m2, located in the central part of the yard. A beautifully manicured garden, sun loungers, outdoor shower, covered parking, a large swimming pool and a multitude of traditional details will delight visitors to this special holiday home.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern, sehr großzügig und absolut fabelhaft.
Genau so, wie man sich ein Landhaus vorstellt. Für 10 Personen ist viel Platz in den attraktiven Zimmern, Jedes mit Bad, in der Küche mit Riesen-Esstisch, vor dem Kamin im Wohnzimmer und auch auf der Terrasse. Bei uns war es leider noch etwas kalt, sodass wir den Außenbereich kaum nutzen konnten, aber der Garten war ideal zum Ostereier-Verstecken. Dafür haben wir jeden Abend vor dem Kamin gesessen. Das Haus hält, was die Bilder versprechen und auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer zu erreichen und helfen in kurzer Zeit. Wir können die Villa Kata absolut empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder. Großzügige Villa mit super Pool
Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere Söhne 20 + 13) waren positiv beeindruckt bei unserem ersten Kroatien Besuch von dieser großzügigen, gepflegten privaten Unterkunft mit einem großen Pool. Die Villa liegt ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Städte Porec und Rovinj sind jeweils ca. 20 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt von dieser Villa. Die Besitzerin war sehr nett und hat unsere Wünsche erfüllt.
