Bathrooms are eqquiped with shower, bathtub and a washing machine. In the main living area you can find a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a comfortable living room. Villa Kate is situated on a large plot of 900 m2 and offers exceptional comfort and privacy. This villa has an outdoor pool and a large indoor heated pool. The house also offers additional content such as table tennis, table football and a children's playground, as well as a sauna in which you can relax. Groups of young people are not allowed.

Ich kann nur sagen - UNBEDINGT BUCHEN
Wir haben die Unterkunft ziemlich spontan und kurzfristig gebucht. Ich kann nur sagen - Die Villa hält was es verspricht. Sehr kurze Kommunikationswege. Unkompliziert. Vor Ort spitzen Support. Pula als auch Porec innerhalb 25 bis 35 min einfach erreichbar. Villa an sich übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Gepflegt, sauber und grandioser Pool. Unfassbar. Sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger dörflicher Lage. Ausstattung uns Einrichtung sehr gut . Garten sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet, mit top Ausstattung (z.Bsp. Kinderspielplatz). Gastgeber sehr freundlich und top motiviert den Aufenhalt so angenehm ,wie möglich zu machen. Herzlichsten Dank an die ganze Gastgeberfamilie. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal . July 2020 (Holger)
