This beautiful new villa "Tomani" is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale, and only 8km from the sea. The Villa is an exclusive, brand new (built in 2016) and in the whole villa you can see the istrian details. It consists of ground and first floor with a total area of 320 m2. On the ground floor: fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, a bedroom with fireplace, two bathrooms and terrace with table and chairs. First floor: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, terrace with seating area. The whole house is air conditioned and has free Wi-Fi connection. In the living room there is a TV, and in one of five bathrroms there is also a wash machine. Bigger garden of 600m2 is surrounded with a stone wall, and privacy is guaranteed, whether you sit in the garden, swim in the pool, sunbathe or have a barbecue. Private parking..

Great vacation Villa
Beautiful Villa Tomani is excellent house for vacation. It is perfectly arranged, with beautiful outdoor, perfactly clean and with great location with no one near. Villa is also excellently equipped so we had everything we needed there. Host of the house were very nice, and made our staying great. We would recommend Anytime. Hope to come back next year (Sonja)
Komfortables Traumhaus
Nach rund 850 km Fahrt waren wir im Paradies. Das Haus ist traumhaft, sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Das komplette Haus ist klimatisiert, so dass man auch bei großer Hitze entspannt schlafen kann. Der Pool verdient 5 Sterne + . Bei diesem Objekt wurde einfach an alles gedacht, was den Urlaub noch schöner macht. Die jungen Vermieter Kristina und Elvino haben uns persönlich am Haus empfangen und waren anschließend jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken schon befüllt und ein Obstkorb mit frischen Früchten stand auf der Anrichte in der Küche. Die Gastfreundschaft während unseres Aufenthaltes war herzlich und unbeschreiblich schön. Nach einer Woche wurde das ganze Objekt gereinigt und die Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die Umgebung ist ländlich, so dass ein Auto benötigt wird. Trotzdem ich alles in der Nähe. Wer Trubel braucht, ist hier fehl am Platz. Wir können dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Reisezeitraum: September 2016 (Rose R. aus Heimsheim)
