The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with open fireplace, dining table with seating for up to eight people and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils. Villa Catarina sleeps up to six people in three bedrooms, all with stylish suite bathrooms, one with a bath. The master bedroom has a covered terrace with siting area. Ideal for relaxing family holidays.

„We were proud to be guests of this beautiful villa over the easterholidays. And what should i say? It is really rare that you find something today what is much better than expected. The photos dont even get close to this beautiful villa and his surrounding. It has a marvellous forest and garden with pool and bbq area, everything in beautiful mediterranean style on a high level. We were there with a dog which was like amazing for him to run around and have so much space. Villa had everything you can whish for and the host was just amazing. Mr. Kühnle, 09/22/2017 until 09/29/2017 Very, very nice reception by the landlord. The fridge was even filled as a welcome gift with a plate of local sausage \/ toast as well as bread and must - very nice. Very large property which belongs to the house where a forest piece belongs .... perfect also for kids .... almost an adventure holiday for kids then. In every bedroom as well as living area an air conditioning, each bedroom has its own bathroom, nice kitchen, also German programs on television. Within 15 minutes one is by the sea. You can also go hiking or the interior of Istria. Location is nice quiet, what to relax. According to Belvilla the property is enclosed, which is not true. It has stone walls and since it is very large is also areas with quite low stone walls. You can take a dog very well here, but do not let it run freely in the garden. You have to be aware of this. We are very large dog friends and unfortunately, unfortunately there is in the area nearly every house a chain dog. From the barbecue place in the garden you can see here alone 3 chain dogs .... that went to our heart ... but this is not specific for the house but is just this area. (source: Belvilla)
