New 5* Villa VILA with a heated pool (April - October), total area 155m2, perfect for relaxing and peaceful vacation from everyday stress life, surrounded by nature and hidden from the views. Suitable for 6 persons; 3 separate bed rooms with private bathroom each. Right next to the property is extended part of the yard, where we is large children playground and hammocks for adults and kids. Swimming pool is 25m2, with a tape for infinite swimming. Also there is a covered terrace, big barbecue, outside fans, deckchairs and Dueacca shower. Interior consists first floor where are two rooms with bathroom each. On the ground floor is one more room with the bathroom, and one separated toilet with the washing machine. Interior doors are equipped with Nuda handles and sound isolation. The large living room is connected with the kitchen, 50m2. Flat screen Smart TV in every room. The kitchen is specially equipped for your culinary delights. Free amenities: Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Hi-Fi, free private parking, bike storage. Monthly utilities are not included in the booking rate, participation is 150 €.
