In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, as well as a large charcoal BBQ on the outside terrace. Guests have at their disposal a swimming pool, jacuzzi on the upper terrace, barbecue, Play Station 4, two E-MTB bikes, table tennis, children's playground, volleyball and basketball courts, darts and exercise equipment on the upper terrace. Don't miss the morning training with a beautiful view of the Adriatic coast or the sunset in the jacuzzi and a glass of good wine. Sevid is a small place not far from Trogir ideal for a quiet and peaceful vacation, it is a Mediterranean place surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation, beautiful sandy-pebble beaches and crystal clear sea. Villa Rita IV is located in the same yard as Villa Rita III. The facilities can be rented separately, since they are completely physically separated, but at the same time they are suitable for renting for a larger number of people.
