Unique, family stone villa with private pool, jacuzzi and immaculately landscaped courtyard. Villa Katarina is a very nice stone house with pool and hot tub for 8-12 people, decorated in traditional Istrian style with lots of modern details. The house was renovated in 2020 and surrounded by high stone walls. Guests are guaranteed privacy. The modern and functionally decorated interior will leave you breathless.
Villa Katarina consists of two separate units. Each unit has its own private entrance so it is ideal for two families. The right part of the house consists of a kitchen and a dining room with direct access to a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace and a swimming pool. Upstairs are two bedrooms. In the left part of the house we find a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. In the attic are two more double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is fully air conditioned. The lighting of the pool and whirlpool during the night makes swimming a special experience.
The house cannot be rented for younger groups of people and parties.
