Renovated holiday home with private pool in a small village for 8 persons
Recently renovated holiday house with a private pool, suitable for 8 people. It is located in the village of Hlistići near Tinjan. It consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with air conditioning. The residential part of the house is on the first floor, while the ground floor is not rented out. In the completely fenced yard, there is a private swimming pool( 28m2) available, a brill, an outdoor shower and deck chairs. The rental price includes the use of air conditioning, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Private parking is available and located behind the house. Pets are allowed with an extra charge on the spot. Hlistići are a village just 2 km from the municipality of Tinjan. Tinjan is the most active during October, when the municipality hosts an International Fair of prosciutto.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Kroatien
Das Haus ist sehr schön, liegt in einer kleinen Ortschaft, also nicht in Strandnähe, was uns aber nicht stört. Es gibt einen hauseigenen Pool, mit Liegen und sogar Handtüchern. Das Haus ist komplett mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort (Tanja )
