Beautiful newly renovated stone villa with pool in an idyllic and peaceful environment. Villa Famiglia is an enchanting villa with a private pool and beautiful stone architecture which blends in perfectly with the surrounding Istrian countryside. Its traditional style used for construction gives it a very special atmosphere, a mixture of tradition, comfort and luxury. Villa Famiglia located in village Selina near Sveti Lovrec can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area, a covered terrace with seating, a bathroom and one double bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a swimming heated pool. On the first floor of the villa are three bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the garden and pool area. The house is fully air conditioned. The rental price includes: Wi-fi, bed linen, towels and private parking. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

Beautiful house and backyard
My family and friends spent 5 lovely days at this property. At arrival we were facinated how the property was well maintained, how clean and fragrant it is, literary. We could experience one more dimension than we could see on the photos. House is well equipped, from kitchen, bathrooms, rooms and even the terrace and outer kitchen and BBQ. Property owners and the agency showed high level of hospitality and interest to accomodate all our needs. It was off season, early spring so it was cold to use the pool and sunbath. However our kids enjoyed trampoline and playing in backyard. I can't imagine how nice is during the summer season. The property is situated in quiet village with good connection - 5 mins from highway. Seaside is within 15min by car, a lot to see and experience within half an hour by car. April, 2021. (Karlo)
