This newly renovated and spacious apartment in the ground floor features a dining or a working area in the private garden. Place is quite and surrounded by greenery, at the beachfront.
The property is just 2 minutes walking from the beach of Peroj where you can walk, cycle and enjoy a spectacular view to the Brijuni island National Park. We offer free high speed Wi Fi and a free parking at the property.
In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, dishwasher and oven. Bathroom and a toilet with shower and all the toiletries as well as washing machine is provided.
There are three bedrooms; two with a double beds and one with two single beds. One extra sofa bed can be extended in the living room. In the comfortable living room you can find a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, cloakroom, pantry, ironing board and a working desk. We provide a professional working chair on request. There is an inside space or patio that serves as children playground. Pets are welcome in our property at the additional fee.
