Cancellation and payment policy

Reserve your stay now with no risk - You can cancel for any reason within 24 hours of your reservation at no charge. We charge 100% of your reservation 30 days prior to check-in.

Reservations longer than 28 nights are split into more reservations and paid according to the same policy. For example, a reservation for 60 nights is split into two 28 night stays and one 4 night stay.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

All properties are non-smoking. No pets are allowed unless the property is Pets friendly.

Payments will be processed as stated in the Payment Policy for each reservation. All prices include VAT. Payment methods: credit cards or bank transfer if agreed.
