Artium Luxury Apartment is located in the heart of UNESCO-protected Dubrovnik’s Old Town surrounded by city walls. Apartment is located on ground floor of 2 store house dating from 13th century.
Apartment is completely renovated and opened to public in July 2021.
The space
It has separate bedroom, living room and kitchen and private bathroom. Windows are triple glazed with inside shutters in order to make your stay more private and comfortable.
The design is combination of modern and rustical style, rich in details and elegant. It has a flat-screen TV, cable tv with channels from many countries like Germany, UK, US etc. as well as popular tv series and movies.
You'll be sleeping on a super comfy queen size bed.
There's an A/C with a remote control for adjusting the temperature (floor heating in the winter). Wifi is fast and free.
Guest access
As the apartment is located inside Old Town, there are stairs to be climbed to reach the house. In our case approx. 20 stairs.
