Villa BEYBE interior offers: Airconditioned Living and dining area with TV and exit to the outdoor lounge corner with a view on a pool area; Fully equipped kitchen; Bedroom No1 with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and a flat screen TV; Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm; Bedroom No3 with 3 single beds, TV and Play station 3; Family bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, dryer; Family bathroom with walk-in shower. From the parking side is a room with billiards (pool table) and a toilet.
OUTDOOR is only several steps lower than living area and offers: a Private pool 50 square meters and Jacuzzi (Hot-Tub) with absolute privacy, spacious sun deck area with 8 sun lounge chairs, comfortable and covered outdoor dining area with traditional barbecue, fenced playground with slide, wooden house, a climbing net, badminton plot and grass mini golf, a lounge sitting area, all surrounded with Mediterranean plants.
The outdoor area around the Pool area is completely fenced.
