Located in the heart of Rovinj not far from the idyllic historic town center, Casa Matteotti, newly renovated in 2016, offers a total of 4 apartments. The tastefully decorated Casa is located in a quiet side street of the most popular part of Rovinj, surrounded by countless sights, restaurants and shops. The famous Balbi Arch and the Heritage Museum are a mere one-minute walk away.

Studio in the Casa Matteotti offers charming décor and a modern bathroom. The open floor plan and air-conditioning, the kitchen, the flat screen TV and the free WiFi leave nothing to be desired and will make you feel perfectly at home.

There is a secure parking available within our agency that is 5 minutes a way and during the season is chargeable 10 euro per day. For our quest we offer free transport to apartment with electric car. Working hours of the agency is from 8 am until 8 pm. For the later check in, you will receive instructions and pin to let your safe in. Cleaning of the apartment is done weekly and it is free of charge. Extra cleaning is possible on quest request and it will be charge 30 euro per cleaning. City tax is 1,35 per person per night and it is excluded from the price. Pets are available on request and it will be charge 15 euro per day. Deposit of 300 euro as a security damage is required and will be return after inspection on the check out day. During your stay our Avior Holidays team is at your disposal. Cost for utilities are included in the price.
