The first beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the city center. Such location provides a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach and the city center of Rovinj. The location also offers a possibility to make many day trips to famous tourist destinations like Pula, Porec or other popular tourist locations in central Istria.

Excellent stay in Rovinj!
Staff very friendly and helpful, the structure and the rooms are well cared for and spotlessly clean, a daily change of towels and strategic location in a quiet and peaceful area, but it takes just 10 minutes on foot for you to arrive in the center. If we were to return to Rovinj, it will certainly be at Villa Ladavac. (Luca from Italy)
Excellent location, clean apartment, great breakfast!
Excellent location with a spacious, clean, bright, quiet and new apartment, even better than the photos proposed. Excellent breakfast with desserts and salty menu. Proximity to the historic center is reachable with a simple walk, possibility of having bicycles. Parking nearby with pass offered by the hotel. Friendly and very kind staff! (Stefano from Italy)
