WHITE PELIN APARTMENT

My cozy and sweet WHITE PELIN APARTMENT in building is comfortable for two people and ideal for digital nomads & buisness people.

Welcome at WHITE PELIN APARTMENT :-)
Flat WIFI and air conditioner is included and we will also provide each guest with a towels and bed sheets. There is one main bedroom with 180x200 large bed. Apartment have kitchen and bathroom and little balcony. Public free parking is around apartment building and city bus (line nr. 2) station are near the building. Maximum capacity is two people without child.
Guest pay just electricity by month. If apartment rent two adults, than i will pay electricity.
According to the deal with them, i will come to check apartment periodically, one or two times per month.
Please have consideration for neighbours. Noice and rumble are not welcomed in the apartment, particularly during the sleeping time between 22:00 and 08:00.
Other people who are not official register are not allowed to sleep in the apartment.
Security damage deposit of 200 eur is required upon arival.
Please keep the place clean and in order during your stay. The property is to be returned in clean condition just as found upon arrival!
PETS are NOT ALLOWED!!!
You may smoke outside, on balcony.
Everything broken or damaged must be replaced or repaired by your expenses. It is IMPORTANT TO CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE, before you finally book the apartment because all details and BECAUSE KEY!

I offer MTB bikes for rent. Also i can drive you on motorbike for beautiful panoramic sea-mountain tour or drive by car. In old little town Kastav, which is 5 minutes away by car, are few beautiful forest trails. Sea is, by car, 10 minutes away.
